About Me

Hello there! I'm Kashun Cheng, an enthusiastic Computer Science undergraduate. My academic journey began at ShanghaiTech University, where I was introduced to computer science. My quest for knowledge and research opportunities led me to the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, as a visiting student and researcher, respectively.

At UC Berkeley, I joined the Open Computing Facility (OCF), contributing as a Board of Directors member and facilitating the Linux System Administration Decal. Parallel to this, I engaged in the Undergraduate Research Apprentice Program under Professor Dawn Song, delving into optimistic rollup and its formal verification, which broadened my understanding of blockchain technology and enriched my research skills.
